You don't need Heroin to be a Hero!

Drug addiction is one of the worst vices one can fall prey to. Drug usage completely ruins oneself physically, mentally, emotionally as well as financially. Personally I've always tried to put my little bit in drug awareness campaigns whenever and wherever possible. So I was completely overwhelmed with various ideas when I got the chance to do my PS project on 'Drugs'.

After loads of brainstorming I decided to do the statistics project on studying the usage of three of the most notorious drugs - Heroin, Cocaine and Cannabis; in some of the well known countries of the world, namely- US, Germany, Jamaica, Switzerland, Australia and South Africa. Most of my data was collected from
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime(https://www.unodc.org/) .

I then went on to study the drug related deaths caused in those countries. All this data was then carefully compiled into tables and charts and the variations studied accordingly. The results were quite expected.

Thus from the study it is pretty clear that heavier usage of drugs lead to more deaths. One can also infer that Cocaine and Heroin are the more dangerous drugs. They had the significant role in determining the death curve! However the excess usage of Marijuana in these countries is also alarming. Thus I would like to end by stating that - "Life can take you higher than drugs!" Please stay safe and protected. Good night.
